- Valid for businesses earning under $25,000 USD/year in gross revenue

- One person / one business brand

- This license is non-refundable and non-transferable.

✅ What you CAN sell (End Products only):

- Digital end products: finished/flattened exports (JPG/PNG/PDF) such as printable art, fashion illustration downloads, lookbooks

- Physical end products: printed goods featuring your designs (apparel, stationery, accessories, phone cases, textiles, etc.)

End products = finished/flattened exports or printed goods.

Not end products = anything editable or source-based (brush files, pattern files, palettes, templates, layered Procreate files, tutorials, etc.).

❌ Even with the Commercial License, you CANNOT:

- Resell, share, distribute, upload, post, or give away the original brush files, pattern files, palettes, or templates

- Transfer or sublicense the brushes/patterns to clients (clients may only receive finished, flattened exports)

- Create or sell competing products (brush sets, pattern packs, template kits, or editable Procreate files derived from these assets)

- Combine Studio Vault assets with other Moda For All products (figure templates, dress templates, etc.) in any work you intend to sell — only assets created primarily with Studio Vault brushes & patterns are eligible for commercial sale.

- Claim the included assets as your own

- You may NOT record, re-upload, or redistribute lesson videos — and please don't share screenshots of the course content publicly (saving them for your own reference is totally fine!)
