Please take a moment to read through these terms. They help protect our small business so we can keep creating beginner-friendly resources for fashion illustration lovers like you.
These tools are made to help you learn, design faster, and create with ease, and most importantly, to inspire your own original work. π
These terms may be updated from time to time without further notice, so feel free to check back now and then to stay current. We'll always keep this page as the up-to-date source of truth.
By purchasing and downloading our products, you agree to the following terms.
All Moda For All products are non-transferable and licensed for personal use and limited commercial use.
β You CAN:
- Use the files for personal projects and practice
- Include your finished artwork in your portfolio or on social media
- Modify the files for your own personal use (selling the modified files is not allowed unless you have an active Creator Commercial License. See below.)
β Please don't:
- Sell, share, distribute, or give away the original files (free or paid)
- Reproduce, resell, or redistribute our tutorials, lessons, or educational materials
- Post or upload the files, tutorials, or product content in their original form on any public platform
- Claim our files or products as your own
- Use our files to create new templates, brushes, palettes, patterns, ebooks, or similar digital products for resale or free distribution
- Use any of our assets to train AI models or machine learning systems
(Previously shown as the Studio Vault Small Business Commercial License.)
By default, every product in the Complete Procreate Dress Illustration Bundle For Beginners includes a PERSONAL-USE license. You only need the Creator Commercial License if you plan to SELL what you make.
This license applies to three products inside the bundle (Quick & Easy Procreate Studio Vault, Ultimate Figure Templates Mega Bundle and Procreate Instant Practice Dress Templates Pack) and, while active, overrides the "no selling" restrictions in the individual product sections below, subject to the rules here.
β Eligibility & Scope:
- One person / one business brand
- No revenue limit
- Non-transferable and non-refundable
- Active only while your subscription is current
β What you CAN sell (Finished End Products ONLY):
Your FINISHED, FLATTENED, NON-EDITABLE creations, such as:
- A shaded dress illustration made using the Procreate Instant Practice Dress Templates Pack (JPG/PNG/PDF)
- Your original dress design, or the included dress templates with your own shading or patterns added, placed on a figure template from the Ultimate Figure Templates Mega Bundle and flattened
- A seamless pattern you made using the Quick & Easy Procreate Studio Vault
- Physical goods that feature your finished illustration printed on them (apparel, prints, stationery, accessories, phone cases, textiles, and similar)
End products means finished, flattened exports, or physical goods that display YOUR OWN illustration, shading, or pattern work, created using the products inside the bundle, as a printed graphic.
β What you can NEVER sell, even WITH this license:
- The brushes, fabric patterns, palettes, or templates themselves from anywhere inside the bundle
- Any ebook, guide, checklist, or lesson, which are for learning purposes only
- Figure templates alone (with or without changes)
- Dress templates as-is, in any format (PNG/JPEG/PDF), with or without changes
- Layered or editable Procreate files, or any raw tool from the bundle
- Any competing product (brush sets, pattern packs, palettes, template kits, croquis packs, drawing guides, or editable files derived from our assets)
β οΈ A template only becomes sellable once YOUR OWN artwork (shading, or pattern work) is added on top and flattened into a finished piece. Simply exporting or lightly editing a template does NOT make it yours to sell.
β Client Work (applies to all products in the bundle):
- You may deliver only finished, flattened, non-editable exports (JPG/PNG/PDF) to clients.
- You may NEVER share or transfer raw brushes, patterns, palettes, templates, or layered files to a client.
π Important note on printed goods vs. garment production:
This license lets you sell your finished dress ILLUSTRATIONS printed onto physical goods, meaning your flattened artwork used as a printed graphic (for example, your illustration printed on a t-shirt, tote, poster, or phone case).
It does NOT allow garment production. You may not use the dress templates from the Procreate Instant Practice Dress Templates Pack as a sewing pattern or construction guide to manufacture real wearable clothing, and you may not use them to create digital, 3D, game, or avatar garments. In short, you can sell the picture of the dress on a product, but not use our templates to make the actual dress as a garment (see the Procreate Instant Practice Dress Templates Pack section below).
π³ Billing:
- $147/year. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
- Credit Card: auto-renews yearly (this is the default option at checkout).
- PayPal: manual yearly invoice. Since PayPal can't auto-renew, we'll email you a fresh invoice near your renewal date.
Same license, same rights either way.
π A gentle heads-up: subscription payments are non-refundable, so if you'd rather not renew, just cancel before your renewal date and you won't be charged for the year ahead.
π If you cancel or your license expires:
You keep all products for PERSONAL use, but you may no longer sell products you create once your current paid year ends. Your selling rights stay active until that expiration date, and resume when you resubscribe.
π± Social media & portfolio:
You never need this license to post finished illustrations on social media or in your portfolio. That's always allowed under the standard personal-use license.
β You CAN:
- Use these for personal use and practice
- Share finished illustrations on social media and in your portfolio
β Please don't:
- Sell any digital or physical products made with these brushes or patterns (unless you hold an active Creator Commercial License)
- Resell, share, distribute, upload, post, or give away the original brush files, pattern files, or palettes
- Transfer or sublicense the brushes or patterns to clients (clients may only receive finished, flattened, non-editable exports)
- Create or sell competing products (brush sets, pattern packs, template kits, or editable Procreate files derived from these assets)
- Claim the included assets as your own
Note: With an active Creator Commercial License, you may sell finished, flattened work made using Studio Vault assets, and you may combine Studio Vault assets with other bundle products in your finished sellable work. See the Creator Commercial License section above.
- For personal learning only
- You may NOT record, re-upload, or redistribute lesson videos, and please don't share screenshots of the course content publicly. Screenshots are fine for your own reference.
- You may NOT use the course content to teach paid or free classes, workshops, or tutorials of your own
- You CAN share your finished shaded artwork on social media and in your portfolio
- For personal use only
- You may NOT reproduce, resell, redistribute, or share the ebook (in full or in part)
- You may NOT repackage the 8-step method, checklists, or practice plan into your own products, courses, or freebies
- Practice drawings made while following the ebook are yours to share freely
β You CAN:
- Use the templates to design your own dresses and illustrations
- Include your finished illustrations in your portfolio or on social media
β Please don't:
- Sell, share, or distribute the figure templates, skin tones, hairstyles, or palettes in any form
- Use the templates to create new figure templates, croquis packs, or drawing guides for resale or free distribution
- Share the printable PDF ebook with others
Note: With an active Creator Commercial License, you may sell your own finished dress illustrations, with a figure template placed underneath as the base, all of which is exported as a single flattened end product (JPG/PNG/PDF or printed on physical goods). You may never sell the figure template on its own, in any format, or a figure with no dress illustration of your own added on top. See the Creator Commercial License section above.
- For practice and illustration purposes only
- These templates help you practice and create beautiful dress illustrations. They are not licensed for garment production.
- You may NOT use the dress templates to produce:
β Physical garments (real clothing)
β Digital garments (3D clothing, game assets, avatar or virtual clothing, and similar)
β Custom clothing or garment designs for clients
- You may NOT use the dress templates as a base to create new template packs, brushes, or similar products for resale or free distribution
- You CAN share your finished illustrations (created using the templates) in your portfolio and on social media
Note: With an active Creator Commercial License, you may sell finished, flattened, non-editable dress ILLUSTRATIONS made using these templates, including those illustrations printed onto physical goods. This does NOT extend to garment production (real, digital, 3D, or client garments), which remains prohibited. See the Creator Commercial License section above.
β You CAN:
- Use the shading brush and color palettes to create your own fashion illustrations
- Sell and share your finished illustrations made with the shading brush and palettes
- Include your finished illustrations in your portfolio or on social media
β Please don't:
- Sell, share, redistribute, or give away the shading brush, palettes, or PDF guide
- Use the brush or palettes to create competing products (brush sets, palette packs, tutorials, etc.) for resale or free distribution
- Redistribute or republish any tutorials included with this product (including the Gold Metallic Texture Tutorial)
Note: You don't need the Creator Commercial License to sell illustrations you create with the Procreate Fashion Shading Library. Just remember, this applies only when you use the shading brush and palettes on their own. If your finished piece also includes our figure templates, dress templates, or pattern brushes, the Creator Commercial License is required to sell it.
Refund Policy
Since these are digital products, all sales are final. Once downloaded, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Creator Commercial License (Subscription):
- The Creator Commercial License is a separate, optional yearly subscription, not a one-time product purchase.
- You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid year, and your selling rights remain active until that expiration date.
- Subscription payments are non-refundable, and canceling does not refund the current year already paid.
- To make sure you're never charged for a year you don't want, you're always welcome to cancel before your renewal date. π
- If you're on a credit card plan, you can cancel anytime before the renewal charge.
- If you're on PayPal, simply let the next invoice pass and it won't renew. We'll also send a friendly reminder near your renewal date so you're never caught off guard.
